Terms and Conditions

Deposit - A $500.00 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are strictly non-refundable within 30 days of the proposed function date. Confirmation of definitive guest numbers and the balance of payment is required 7 days prior as menus and charges will be based on this number.  The payment of the deposit will be seen as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Menus - may change due to availability of seasonal produce. Final menu and dietary requirements must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.

Conclusion - Service will conclude at an agreed time and guests must depart within half an hour of this time. Charges will be incurred at $500 p/hour past the closing deadline.

Concessions - Children will be charged at 50% of the total per head cost by prior arrangement only.

Music - As our venue is located in a residential area, music must not be kept to a reasonable level outside the venue. We appreciate your co-operation with this request.

Cake - Cakes are available, through our own kitchen upon consultation with our chef from $7.50 per person.

We are happy to cut and serve your own cake for a small fee of $2.00 per person. We are only able to accept cakes that have been professionally prepared and delivered by a registered, approved business.

Decorations - venue, tables and surrounds may be decorated by you at your cost. Confetti, party poppers
or any water leachable material must not be used. Any damage to furniture or facilities will be charged for at cost price of repair.

Access - Access to the venue for decorating and general set up is available 2 hours prior to the confirmed start time of your function. Earlier access is available by negotiation.

Smoking - is not permitted within the venue or on the deck; however designated smoking areas are available.

Confirmation - Bookings will be confirmed with your deposit and the date will NOT be held until the deposit is received.

 

Restaurant

$4000 (off peak - May to September) minimum spend on Food and Beverage

$6000 (peak - October to April) minimum spend on Food and Beverage - Night Event

  • This covers exclusive use of the premises

  • 5pm to 11:00pm

  • Does not include the cost of a Wedding Ceremony on the deck

$8000 (peak - October to April) minimum spend on Food and Beverage - Day Event

  • This covers exclusive use of the premises

  • 10:00am to 4:00pm

  • Includes the cost of a Wedding Ceremony on the deck

 

$2500 minimum spend on Food and Beverage for the exclusive use of the deck

  • 3 hour maximum

 

$750 for wedding ceremony on deck with a function package

$1500 for wedding ceremony on deck without function package

21st Birthdays

$1000 bond - conditions apply

*Registered security guard required
